It has now been seven years since I joined Ardill Group. It has been five since I started to take over the reins from my father, John. It has been four since we updated our messaging and website, anchored by our brand promise: Just the right match for your money®.
For some time now, the process of passing the business from my father to me has been complete. So, it is time to turn the page to a new chapter.
Don’t worry – we are still Just the right match for your money®! And it is still our core purpose to walk with our clients through their financial lives. Our brand foundation, of which those messages are a part, is not changing.
What IS changing is our focus on the Group part of our name. Our business isn’t just about me. It is about our incredible team – and it’s about our incredible clients.
What a privilege it is to serve clients who’ve been with us for decades, and welcome many new clients to the fold. What a blessing it is to learn from my dad and carry on his legacy. John will continue in his role as Founder and Mentor, acting as a rich source of wisdom for us all.
